What are the various ways a subscriber can reach Customer Service?

Whitepages.com users can contact Customer Service in the following ways:

  • Submitting a ticket through our Help Center
  • Sending an email to support@whitepages.com
  • Customers can leave a review in the Android or Apple app store
  • Submitting a support ticket through the app itself
  • Whitepages Premium customers also have the option of calling our Support team for assistance

Our Customer Service Team actively monitors customer reviews within both the Android and Apple app store, addressing issues and making changes to prioritize the needs of our customers.

Our team also proactively reaches out to our customers whenever we detect problems on their account. Keeping our customers up to date with any changes or issues found across the site is one of our team’s utmost priorities.
