Program Description

WhitePages is pleased to provide you with the opportunity to create your own member listing and include your cell phone. You can add your cell phone number so people can contact you directly or through private text message. Your cell phone provider may apply standard or other charges for sending or receiving text messages through this service.

To add your cell phone to your member listing (opt-in):

  1. Go to Add Your Listing, enter an account email and password, and click "Add your listing."
  2. Enter the listing information you wish to publish on WhitePages.
  3. If you have added your cell number, we'll send a verification text message from 566587 (lookup). Reply YES to verify.
  4. Once verified, your member listing will be published on WhitePages.

To remove your member listing that includes your cell phone, and stop receiving text messages (opt-out), select one of the following methods:

  1. Text the word STOP to 566587 ("LOOKUP") . Your entire member listing will be removed from WhitePages and you will no longer receive text messages sent from WhitePages. You will receive the following confirmation message:
    • This confirms your listing has been permanently removed from WhitePages and you will not receive any additional text messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
  2. Search WhitePages for your listing. If your search includes multiple results, click on your name. On the details page for your listing, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Look for the link that says, "Remove this listing". Click the link and follow the instructions to remove your listing.
  3. Contact customer service via email or call 800-336-1327 for assistance.

How to get help:

  1. Visit WhitePages Help.
  2. Text the word HELP to 566587 ("LOOKUP"). You will receive the following text response from WhitePages: "Go to WhitePages.com or call 800-336-1327 for assistance. Std rate / other charges may apply."
  3. Contact customer service at 800-336-1327
